  After 2 years (sadly outside just of the guarantee) the plastic weave started to crack. One year on, the loungers have deteriorate to a level where they must be consigned to the bin.

  I strongly recommend that anyone considering a purchase from this company reconsider and look elsewhere.

  They contacted the supplier. The supplier refused to do anything - even though the items were obliviously faulty. In the end, they said that the problem was that the loungers had been left out in the sun - hardly an excuse for the low quality plastic weave they had used.
